1-day Foundation Workshop with 7 experts
The Lift Up Lab Foundation Workshop takes place on 15 November.
Seats are filling up and we would love to have you there. If you’re not ready, it may be because of one concern you’re sitting with – intimidation. NPOs are a labour of love and what we have found is they are staffed by good people, trying their best to keep things afloat and making a difference in communities’ lives. However, what we do see is too many NPOs working IN the organisation, and not enough working ON the organisation.
Working IN your NPO is anything that’s a job: execution, yes, but also management of the execution.
Working ON your business, however, includes anything strategic: strategy, marketing strategy, key relationship strategy, service development, research, and the vision and decisions of the founders and key stakeholders. It can be intimidating to pause your daily tasks and attend a full-day workshop and you may think the other NPOs have it all figured out.
Trust us, they don’t.
There is always something to learn and improve ON or IN your NPO. The Foundation Workshop is designed to give you practical tools you can implement ON the organisation to help you achieve your goals faster and grow your reach. But yes, we will also go into detail IN the organisation and show you some best practice on how your NPOs administration can be improved. Hope to connect with you on the 15th in person.
